1. General Return Policy

Aurum accepts returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or preference-related issues.

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Categories Eligible for Return (Replacement Only)

The following categories are eligible for return only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Return Condition Requirements:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

3. Non-Returnable Categories

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or replaced.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or issue store credit.

To process the return, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product issue

  • A mandatory unboxing video showing the problem

  • Order ID and registered phone number

Requests without an unboxing video may be rejected.

5. Pickup & Inspection

Once a return request is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled (if available in your area)

  • Our courier partner will inspect the item during pickup

  • If the product fails quality check, the return will be declined

6. Refund (When Applicable)
