At Aurum, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction across our Women’s Fashion, Kidswear, and Beauty & Personal Care products. This Return Policy outlines when returns are accepted, the conditions required, and how to initiate a return request.
1. General Return Policy
Aurum accepts returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or preference-related issues.
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Categories Eligible for Return (Replacement Only)

Return Condition Requirements:
Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
Product should be in resellable condition
3. Non-Returnable Categories
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Bath & body essentials
Hygiene & Innerwear Items

Sleepwear

Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or replaced.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or issue store credit.
To process the return, you must provide:
Clear photos of the product issue
A mandatory unboxing video showing the problem
Order ID and registered phone number
Requests without an unboxing video may be rejected.
5. Pickup & Inspection
Once a return request is approved:
A pickup will be scheduled (if available in your area)
Our courier partner will inspect the item during pickup
If the product fails quality check, the return will be declined
6. Refund (When Applicable)
If a replacement is not available, we may provide a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection and the issue is verified.
